The TSL262R-LF is an infrared light-to-voltage Optical Sensor combining a photodiode and a trans-impedance amplifier on a single monolithic IC. Output voltage is directly proportional to the light intensity (irradiance) on the photodiode. This device has improved amplifier offset-voltage stability and low power consumption.
Single photo-diode and transimpedance architecture
7μs Output rise-time response
2X Gain lens
Rail-to-rail output swing
Enables extremely fast response to change
Provides for high sensitivity to detect a small change in light
