The TSL250R-LF is a light to voltage optical sensor in 3 pin single in line sidelocker package. This device combines photodiode and trans impedance amplifier (feedback resistor = 16Mohm, 8Mohm and 2.8Mohm respectively) on single monolithic IC. Output voltage is directly proportional to light intensity (irradiance) on photodiode. The TSL250R-LF has improved amplifier offset voltage stability and low power consumption. It is supplied in three lead clear plastic sidelooker package with an integral lens.
