The A3212ELHLT-T is a micropower ultra sensitive hall effect switch with latched digital output in 3 pin SOT2-3 package. Improved stability is made possible through chopper stabilization (dynamic offset cancellation) which reduces residual offset voltage normally caused by device over moulding, temperature dependencies and thermal stress. A 2.5V to 3.5V operation and unique clocking scheme reduce the average operating power requirements to less than 15μW with 2.75V supply. The A3212ELHLT-T includes hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, latch and MOSFET output on a single silicon chip. Advanced BiCMOS processing is used to take advantage of low voltage and low power requirements, component matching, very low input offset errors and small component geometries.
